The "flipped classroom" approach is when students are expected to learn material before class and be ready for discussion in class. An example of this is having a reading for homework and then talking about that reading and relating it to the learning objective in class the next day. I think that this is very effective and gives students a glimpse of what they are expected to know so that they are more prepared for class. This approach is used in almost all of my classes and I feel that I have benefited from it.

I have learned lots of new skills from the powerpoint assignments and enjoyed working on them. I learned about the different features on powerpoint like, recording narration, adding buttons (next, home), and how to make an interactive Jeopardy. I like doing these projects because they are fun to put together and to make them look good, and it is important to have these skills for when I am a teacher one day. The only thing that I would change about my assignment is making the narration more enthusiastic, like an actual teacher.
